Esketamine (Sprovato)
Sprovato is intranasal esketamine, used to treat treatment resistant depression (TRD) or major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal ideations. esketamine is a chemical similar to ketamine but it can be better absorbed than ketamine so can be administered intranasal. Sprovato can be used in conjunction with traditional antidepressants or without it. The initial assessment will include interview with our provider determining if there is a need for Sprovato treatment. We will discuss with you if you’re a candidate for sprovato treatment and if there are any barriers and will provide treatment options most suitable to your needs. Once treatments are determined necessary we will monitor your progress closely.
