With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Shariq Sattar is a trusted provider of adult primary care in El Paso. He earned his medical degree from Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation College of Medicine and specializes in managing complex and chronic medical conditions.
As a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Sattar focuses on comprehensive adult healthcare, including the treatment of stroke, chronic diabetes, non-Alzheimer’s dementia, and other complex medical conditions. Dr. Aisha Shariq is a highly trained psychiatrist with advanced clinical expertise in both adult and pediatric mental health. She completed her Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX. As a result, she brings deep academic and hands-on experience to every patient she treats.
In addition, Dr. Shariq has extensive experience in psychiatric medication management and advanced interventional therapies, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine (Spravato), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Her diverse clinical background allows her to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and long-term goals.
